Generally, orders will ship the same or next business day out of our Alabama, USA distribution center. During the check out process, you will select from available options for shipping, which are displayed according to your location, where such options are available. These may include a flat rate, UPS ground, and UPS expedited services and for some locations and products or order quantities, free delivery may be available. In each case, options are selectable when relevant. Depending upon shipping methods available or selected, delivery may take from a day to a week. Upon placing an order, you will receive emails updating you about your order status, so please supply a correct and working email. Additionally, if you have registered for a free account, you can log in My Account and check status of your orders.
The free shipping offer is only valid for the contiguous United States and requires a minimum dollar amount purchase. Fluid Sealing Supply reserves the right to change the free shipping policy and requirements at any time.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes.
Privacy & Security
We at Fluid Sealing Supply know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing but never store any of your financial information.
Credit Card payments are handled by Stripe, which also uses high grade SSL encryption to ensure your payment details are protected.
Payment
Fluid Sealing Supply accepts major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa/MasterCard (debit/credit cards), for domestic orders. SWIFT bank transfers are accepted for international orders.
Return & Refund
Products purchased within the prior 30 days may be returned for refund or exchange. All material to be returned for refund or exchange is subject to inspection by a representative of Fluid Sealing Supply before a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) is issued. Returned goods should be delivered prepaid to Fluid Sealing Supply’s designated point, FOB destination, undamaged, identifiable, and in resalable condition. Contact Fluid Sealing Supply for an RGA number. The RGA number must be displayed in the outside of the shipping container. Once the goods are deemed returnable, a 25% handling charge will apply to all goods returned, except mechanical seals and mechanical seal repair parts, for which a 35% handling charge will apply. Custom special ordered products are non-returnable.
For Deacon products, there’s a 40% restock charge, the containers must have never been opened. Product must be received within 30 days of ordering to receive the refund. Returns are not accepted for Deacon 3300, Deacon 3100, or Deacon 8875-Thin.
Viewing Orders
To view the status of your order, click 'My Account' at the top-right corner of your page and log in with your user name and password. Next, click on 'My Orders' to the left and you'll be able to see all orders you've placed with us.
