Deacon 400 Black Flexible Moisture/Air Curing One-Part Rubber
Moisture / Air Curing Rubber. Cures to a low durometer solid. DO NOT expose unused material to air or moisture. A partial cure occurs in approx. 5 minutes. Mix with a Dry-Pak fiber mixture to ensure curing as quickly as possible throughout the cross section and to increase the bridging capabilities of the rubber (wetting the fibers with water will speed up the curing process). Whenever possible, try to expose the rubber to water or steam as it is injected. Shelf-life is 1 year in closed containers.

-50ºF to 450ºF (-45ºC to 232ºC).
Deacon 400 Black Flexible Moisture/Air Curing One-Part Rubber
One part acetoxy cure adhesive that is suitable for general industrial sealing and adhesive applications. This product will adhere to clean metal, glass, many types of wood, silicone resins, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics and plastic surfaces.

Deacon 400 Features
Good resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone, and extreme temperatures. It may be applied in subzero weather without loss of extrusion or physical property characteristics.
