For use as an end ring material to prevent extrusion. This material is also used to repair worn stuffing box throats, and as a bearing to further the life of worn bearing and bushings. This packing also helps eliminate shaft deflection in problem applications.

Construction of SEPCO 1006 Pure Copper Packing

Braided from annealed and stranded copper wire. Plait braided in square or rectangular cross section. This packing is very dense in cross-section but retains its flexibility. Contains no lubrication or blocking agents.
